All units except bungalows and cabins include sheets, and bedding.

Dependant on the type of accommodation your unit may or may not include a TV or microwave.

You can not hire extra beds during leavers.

You get one key per unit. If you want another one you will have to ask at the Visitor Centre and pay a key deposit of $10.00.

When you first arrive at the unit, check the contents against the inventory you will received in the mail before you come.

Inform the Visitor Centre immediately, either in person or by phone if it isn’t right or you could loose some of your bond.

If you make a rubbish tip of the yard or unit you could loose some of your bond to pay for the extra cleaning. If you want some one to clean up after you for free, bring your mother!

Change of Registered Adult.

You are able to change your registered adult up to two weeks before your arrival. A fee of $12.50 will be charged. Please  download the change your registered guest form (pdf 65KB).

Payment details

You should have already paid for the accommodation in full by the 29th Sept 2009. If you don’t, you will loose it.

Bonds must be paid 2 weeks before your arrival date, for 2009 the date is Tuesday, 10 November 2009.

Payments can also be made in person with cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) between 9:00am and 4:30pm at our Quayside Visitor Centre, Ground Floor, E-Shed Markets, Victoria Quay, Fremantle.

We also accept credit card payments by telephone 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) between 8:30am and 5:00pm by calling: Central Reservations on (08) 9432 9111 (or 1800 111 111 for outside Perth metropolitan area).

Once confirmed and paid for, any changes to the registered adult will incur an immediate $12.50 fee.

Our advice is to wait until two weeks out from the event and make your changes then.

The cost of accommodation does not include ferry transfers.

Bonds

How do I get my bond back?

Inspections are conducted at the end of Leavers on Friday and assuming there is nothing missing, you haven’t trashed the unit or anything else on the island and none of your guest have been evicted, you will get your entire bond back.

Remember! 

You must have the registered adult sign off on the bond check sheet before departure. If they aren’t there when the inspection occurs any claim against your bond will go ahead without dispute.

The bond will be sent by cheque to the registered adult guest. You can’t get it sent to you or your parents no matter who paid it in the first place.

Wristbands

All 2009 Leavers with RIA accommodation will be issued wristbands upon checking in. This wristband will also give you access to all Leavers activities on the Island.
