Rottnest Island offers a unique range of accommodation options including villas with spectacular ocean views and heritage listed cottages on Australia's oldest street. 

Most of our accommodation is self contained with sheets, towels, TV's and microwaves included in the price. We also have a range of additional goods available for hire from the Visitor Centre if you require.

If you prefer to stay in fully serviced accommodation you will find all you need at the world famous Rottnest Quokka Arms Hotel or the more resort-style Rottnest Lodge.

We also have backpacker accommodation at Kingstown Barracks, the Allison Camping Grounds where you can pitch your own tent and enjoy a night under the stars and a variety of bungalows and cabins throughout the settlement. Although Rottnest Island's unique accommodation is extremely popular, especially during the summer months, there are plenty of opportunities throughout the year to enjoy an Island holiday. 

A ballot for unit accommodation is in place for the Western Australian school holiday period. To secure accommodation during the school holidays you must enter the ballot. For more information please click here.  Periods outside the ballot can be booked up to 12 months in advance.
