the provisions of the Rottnest Island Authority Act 1987 and Rottnest Island

All development and activities on the Island must be consistent with the Act and other written laws in relation to the Island. In order to achieve this, guidance notes and policy information are provided to ensure only appropriate and sustainable activities take place.
