What you get
All units except Bungalows and Cabins include sheets, and bedding.
Dependant on the type of accommodation your unit may or may not include a TV or Microwave.
You can’t hire extra beds during leavers.
You get one Key per unit. If you want another one you will have to ask at the Visitor centre and pay a key deposit of $10.
When you first arrive at the Unit, check the contents against the inventory you will received in the mail before you came. Inform the Visitor Center immediately, either in person or by phone if it isn’t right or you could loose some of your bond.
If you make rubbish tip of the yard and unit you could loose some of your bond to pay for the extra cleaning. If you want some one to clean up after you for free, bring your mother!
Accommodation Wrist Bands are given out at no extra cost when you register for your accommodation.

Longreach (800's), Fay's Bay (800's) & Geordie Bay (900's) - 12pm onwards
Bathurst (500's) & Caroline Thomson (700's) - 1pm onwards
Thomson Bay South (200's), North (300's) & Central (400's) - 2pm onwards

Geordie, Longreach and Fays Bay (unit numbers 800's and 900's)
-between 8.30am and 11.00am.
Bathurst and Caroline Thomson Cabins (unit numbers 500's and 700's)
-between 11.00am and 1.00pm
South, Central and North Thomson (unit numbers 200's, 300's and 400's
-between Midday and 2.00pm
Change of Registered Adult.
You are able to change your registered up to two weeks before your arrival. A fee of $12.00 will be charged. Click here to download the form to change your Registered Guest.
