At Sunsets Rottnest, the Midweek 'Med' special is more than just a meal—it’s a chance to slow down and share something special together.
Each Wednesday afternoon, enjoy a rotating pasta dish crafted with seasonal ingredients and paired with a pinot wine from the featured winery. Think rich ragus, delicious pastas, and cheesy extras, and cheesy extras - served with a view over the Salt Lakes.

- July 9: Strelley Farm Pinot Gris paired with Linguine, SA pipi's, garlic, parsley.
- July 16: Wittman 100 Hugel Pinot Blanc paired with Bucatini, Cacio y Pepe.
- July 23: Strelley Farm Pinot Noir paired with Pappardelle, duck ragu, mushroom, pecan.
- July 30: Smithbrook Pinot Noir paired with Cavatelli, pork ragu, tomato, pecorino.
- August 6: Strelley Farm Pinot Gris paired with Linguine, tiger prawns, chilli, garlic, parsley.
- August 13: Wittman 100 Hugel Pinot Blanc paired with Bucatini, Cacio y Pepe.
- August 20: Strelley Farm Pinot Noir paired with Pappardelle, duck ragu, mushroom, pecan.
