On Friday 22 August, the Bayside Room at Samphire will transform into a vibrant culinary stage for the final instalment of the Home Grown dinner series. This exclusive evening begins with a dramatic whole big-eyed tuna carving by Executive Chef Quim Hernandez and Prendiville Group’s Russell Blaikie, followed by a curated menu featuring Sydney rock oysters, barramundi and blue swimmer crab ravioli, kangaroo and Guinness pot pie, and a reimagined lamington.
Each course is paired with premium wines from the Hunter Valley, highlighting the region’s finest drops.
To complete your island escape, this package includes a night in Poolside accommodation, return ferry transfers from Fremantle with Rottnest Express, and tickets to the full Home Grown dinner experience for two—all for just $750 per couple.
This exclusive package includes:
- Poolside King Suite accommodation for two at Samphire Rottnest
- Two tickets to the Home Grown New South Wales dining experience
- Return ferry transfers with Rottnest Express from Fremantle
Dining-only tickets are also available for $195 per person, including the full set menu and wine pairings.

- Dietary requirements must be communicated via email to the team, no later than 17 August 2025 (5 days prior). Samphire takes no responsibility for not being able to accommodate dietary requirements if the dietary requirements are not communicated prior this date.
- No refunds will be offered should ticket holders not attend the event at Samphire. Any cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur the full price of the ticket(s).
