On Friday 18 July, Samphire Rottnest invites you to experience Home Grown South Australia, the third chapter in its exclusive dining series. Set in the elegant Bayside Room, guests will be welcomed to a long, shared table bathed in candlelight, with the smooth sounds of a live jazz duo providing the soundtrack for the evening.
The menu is a tribute to South Australia’s diverse landscape, featuring dishes such as Rottnest Island gin-cured Hiramasa kingfish, emu ravioli, Kinkawooka mussels, and char siu pork fillet. Each course is thoughtfully paired with premium wines from renowned South Australian producers Shaw + Smith, Petaluma, and Yalumba, offering a true taste of the region’s depth and character.
To complete your island escape, this package includes a night in Poolside accommodation, return ferry transfers from Fremantle with Rottnest Express, and tickets to the full Home Grown dinner experience for two—all for just $800 per couple.
This exclusive package includes:
- Poolside King Suite accommodation for two at Samphire Rottnest
- Two tickets to the Home Grown South Australia dining experience
- Return ferry transfers with Rottnest Express from Fremantle
Dining-only tickets are available for $249 per person and include the full set menu and wine pairings.

- Dietary requirements must be communicated via email to the team, no later than the 13 July 2025 (5 days prior). Samphire takes no responsibility for not being able to accommodate dietary requirements if the dietary requirements are not communicated prior to this date.
- No refunds will be offered should ticketholders not attend the event at Samphire. Any cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur the full price of the ticket(s).
