Treatment highlights include the Apothecary Massage Bar where Karma Spa’s team of body workers curate personalised experiences using a selection of essential oils tailored around the five spa themes of Relax, De-stress, Activate, Meditate and Mood Booster.

Try the Sleep Ceremony Ritual, which begins with a magnesium-rich warm salt scrub infused with essential oils to cleanse the skin and calm the nervous system, before a warm herbal compress is gently applied to release any tension in the body. Following this is a Himalayan Salt Stone back, neck and shoulder massage, magnesium neck application and soothing face and scalp acupressure treatment before concluding with a Sleep Well tea ceremony.
