Functions and events
You will need to complete a Function Application form (pdf 48.1KB). Permits apply to both small and major events where the Island's environment and services are affected, and a non-refundable fee is charged. Payment of the permit fee can be made by cheque or credit card.
Once permission has been given for your function or event, a Compliance form will be forwarded for your signature. The signed compliance form must be received prior to your function or event.
Weddings
A Function Application form (pdf 48.1KB) must be completed if you are conducting your ceremony or a photo session in any location apart from the Rottnest Chapel, Holy Trinity Church or licensed venue.

Please note that applications for events should be submitted at least three months prior to the event, and that application fees are non-refundable unless your application is unsuccessful.
