Rottnest Island bus services

The Rottnest Island Bus Service provides visitors to the Island with transport from the main accommodation areas and some of the most beautiful beaches and bays on the Island.

Offering a regular scheduled service, it's a great way to explore the Island.

Shuttle bus services

The shuttle bus operates between the main accommodation areas on the Island. Departing the main bus stop in Thomson Bay Settlement, the service travels to Geordie Bay Store for Geordie, Fay's and Longreach Bays, returns to the main bus stop and then departs to the airport and Kingstown Barracks.

This free service runs until 9:00pm for Geordie Bay. If you are considering going to the movies at the Rottnest Picture Hall, it is advisable to check the movie running times.

Bayseeker service

Spend your day exploring some of Rottnest Island’s finest Bays on the popular Bayseeker Bus Service. The Bayseeker departs from the Main Bus Stop in Thomson Bay and completes a regular circuit around the main body of the Island. Purchase your all day tickets from the Rottnest Island Visitor Centre or Gift Shop and you can jump on, jump off at your leisure.
