You can choose from camping sites to family villas with stunning ocean views and heritage listed cottages on Australia's oldest street. Rottnest Island has something for everyone’s taste and budget.

The seasons are classified as low season, shoulder season or peak season dates which determine the changes in Rottnest Island accommodation fees and charges. The typical holiday seasons are shown in the table below.

Seniors discounts

A seniors discount of 20% applies during the May and September shoulder periods for serviced accommodation (units and villas) on presentation of a valid WA Seniors Card. This discount is not available during the July school holidays.
