Premium View Villas & Units

With magnificent ocean views over the tranquil beaches and bays, self contained villas, as well as units are the most popular type of accommodation on the Island.

With their own kitchen, bathroom and separate bedrooms and linen and bath towels included our self contained accommodation gives you peace of mind and time to relax with the comforts of home.

For a unique experience, stay in a recently refurbished WWII Commander's Cottage or one of the heritage listed cottages on Vincent Way. 

Premium View Villas

With beautiful views over the tranquil bays on Rottnest Island, Villas are the most popular type of accommodation on the Island. Having all been refurbished in the past five years, Villas are located in Thomson Bay, Bathurst, Longreach Bay, Fays Bay and Geordie Bay. Villas come in configurations of four bed, six bed and eight bed. This accommodation includes all linen, towelling, cutlery and crockery.

Premium Units

With a cosy and relaxing atmosphere Units are situated back from the beach and are a very similar layout to Villas. Units can be found in Thomson Bay, Bathurst, Fays Bay along with one Unit in Longreach Bay and Geordie Bay. Having all been refurbished in the past five years Units come with the configurations of four bed, six bed and eight beds. This accommodation includes all linen, towelling, cutlery and crockery.

Rottnest Island is fortunate to have several Heritage listed properties, including a variety of cottages, each one unique and a treasured piece of history. The cottages have been refurbished within the constraints of the heritage regulations and come in configurations of four bed, six bed and eight bed. 

Experience a new and completely unique Rottnest Island experience. Cottages 150 and 152 at Kingstown were carefully upgraded and refurbished in 2011 to create the top tier of Rottnest Island accommodation within a heritage context.

Previously occupied by the army commanders during WWII, these two spacious cottages have magnificent views out over Thomson Bay and beyond. With polished wooden floors throughout and accommodating six guests in three bedrooms, the cottages are fully equipped with quality furnishings and fabrics.

In each cottage a seperate dining room leads into the comfortable lounge which is equipped with a flat screen digital television. The yards and wooden decked verandahs which overlook the Bays are also fully furnished with outdoor settings allowing you to enjoy the view in peace and quiet.
