Hotel Rottnest is currently closed, the team are undertaking a refurbishment and will reopen in the near future.
Hotel Rottnest's existing accommodation offering will be replaced with 80 brand new rooms. During the development phase, the food, beverage and functions facilities will continue to be available for you to enjoy.
Prendiville Group is delighted to confirm approval by the Rottnest Island Authority for the development of a new hotel to be built on Rottnest Island.

Christou Design Group, by way of an architectural design competition, was awarded the contract to design the resort. Demonstrating high quality and innovative design, the new resort will see guests enjoy a relaxed sophistication and barefoot luxury.

The hotel build and operations will have a strong focus on sustainability. The design will reflect the Island's geography, marine environment and complement Hotel Rottnest's historic setting. The Prendiville Group are committed to utilising local suppliers throughout the development where possible.
